Police seeking missing 15-year-old girl from N.O. East

FOX 8 received this news release from the New Orleans Police Dept. Tuesday evening:
Officers are asking the public's help in finding 15-year old Shanna Rodgers, who was last seen yesterday at about 10:00 P.M., in the 4600 block of Gabriel Drive.
Her mother advised that she last seen her daughter Shanna Rodgers on June 17, 2013 at approximately 10:00 P.M. in her room. Her mother advised when she checked on her at about 10:30 p.m., she was not in the room. Shanna Rodgers has run away in the pass and advised that she has not been seen or heard from since.
Shanna Rodgers suffers with ADA and Autism and is need of her medication.
She is described as an African-American female, 5'9" tall, weighing approximately 240 pounds with brown eyes, black and brown curly bob hair style. She was last seen wearing a hot pink shirt, peach pants and pink shoes.
Anyone seeing Shanna Rodgers or knowing her whereabouts is urged to contact the New Orleans Police Department at 821-2222.
NOPD provided an updated photo of Shanna Rodgers Friday, also noting that she may be in the area of Canal Street and Elk Place, or near Bourbon Street.
