Mandeville, La. - Mandeville police arrest two "Mr. Move" employees stemming from an investigation into alleged extortion.

Police say both people work for "Mr. Move", a Metairie business,  and are charged with one count each of extortion and unauthorized used of a movable after a north shore woman complained the company threatened to keep her furniture unless she paid a $2,000 bill.

Police say 30 year-old Amanda Neil, a sales manager for the company, initiated the transaction by luring the victim with a low-ball estimate.

Police also say William Jeffery, the lead driver, is responsible for illegally securing the victim's property.

Wednesday, police announced the arrest of the company's owner, Dunwoodie Mcduffie.

The investigation is still ongoing.
