Bond revoked for Dean Kelly after violating terms of home incarceration

New Orleans, La. - An Orleans criminal court judge has decided that accused rapist and former model Dean Kelly will remain locked up after an incident where he allegedly contacted a female while on home incarceration. That contact violated the terms of his home confinement.

Kelly was in court Wednesday morning as three deputies testified about a surprise visit they made to his home on July 27th.

There they found a woman Kelly allegedly met on Craigslist concerning Kelly adopting a dog.

The female said she contacted Kelly 23 times.

Judge Tracey Davillier found that Kelly had numerous inappropriate contact with females, not just in person but through emails, text messages, and Skype.

Judge Davillier said "This court can no longer trust that Mr. Kelly can follow the terms of electronic monitoring," the judge said.

Kelly will remain in jail pending trial.
