Police make second arrest in Central City murder

New Orleans, La. - Authorities arrest a second suspect in Saturday's Central City murder.

U.S. Marshals arrested 19-year-old Jamar Armstrong at a house in Jefferson parish Thursday evening. New Orleans police say he will be extradited back to the city.

Earlier in the day police arrested another suspect, 20-year-old Jonathan Joseph. Both face second degree murder charges for the alleged murder of 42-year-old Juan Yacabalquiej.

Police found Yacabalquiej shot in the head in the 3000 block of Danneel Street Saturday morning. He was transported to a hospital where he later died.
