Houma police seek to identify suspects in fatal shooting

Houma, La. - Houma police are looking for three men in connection with a fatal shooting that occurred Thursday.

At about  11:45 p.m., officers responded to a call in the 500 block of Louise Street. When they arrived they found a man inside a home suffering from a single gunshot wound to the chest. He died at the scene.

The victim was identified as Vincent Andrew Naquin, 22, of Houma.

Through their investigation, officers learned that three black male suspects had entered the home, confronted the victim and shot him. The suspects then fled in a white vehicle.

Detectives were able to recover video footage of the suspects entering and leaving the home. The investigation is ongoing and witness information and evidence are still being gathered.

    William Huff terrorized Sierra Vista during the spring and summer of 1967. Despite a sentence of 40 years to life, the Arizona Board of Executive Clemency voted to release him from prison into home arrest. Family members of the victims are concerned for the safety of the community, as are new members of the Clemency Board. CBS 5 Investigates videotaped Huff riding a bike through his Tucson neighborhood. There are no restrictions placed on his proximity to children.
