Missing N.O. East man has brain injury, family says

New Orleans, La. - Police are asking for the public's help in locating a 43-year-old man from New Orleans East.

Guy Holmes was last seen Thursday at about 3 a.m. at his home in the 7700 block of Lady Gray Street.

According to family members, Holmes is known to leave his home for short periods of time, but he normally returns after a day. Holmes suffers from a brain injury he sustained nearly 20 years ago and is currently in need of his medications. Family members said this is the first time Holmes has been gone without being seen or heard from for such a long period of time.

Guy Holmes is described as a white male about 5 feet 4 inches tall and 110 pounds. He was last seen wearing a black shirt, green or brown shorts and slippers.
