New Orleans -- A man wanted for multiple charges including second degree battery and kidnapping, has turned himself in to police. Elvin Terrell,35, turned himself in to the NOPD, Saturday evening. Terrell was wanted for a violent domestic attack and kidnapping that took place at a hotel in the 300 block of Loyola Avenue at 4:50 a.m. Friday.
