New security strategy planned for LSU home opener

From From

Baton Rouge, La. - LSU fans will notice increased security at Tiger Stadium for Saturday's home opener.

Bomb sniffing dogs and more officers than usual will surround the stadium for LSU's matchup against UAB.

The increased security is not because of any type of threat. It's part of the school's new security plan for all home games.

Ticket holders need to be prepared to run into construction around Tiger Stadium. The construction is part of a month-long project to upgrade the stadium.
