Terrebonne teen booked on terrorism charges for Youtube video

A Terrebonne Parish teen faces "terrorizing" charges over a Youtube video that showed his classmates as shooting victims.

A concerned parent called police Wednesday night after seeing the video, which features several images of H. L. Bourgeois High School students being shot.

The teen used an app called "The Real Strike, First Person Shooter" to take video of his classmates and superimpose images that made it look like he was shooting them.

The 15-year-old suspect's parents brought him to the sheriff's office Thursday morning where investigators say the teen admitted to making the video after being bullied at school, but said he never intended to hurt anyone.

Deputies arrested the boy on charges of terrorizing and interference in operation of a school. He was booked into the Terrebone Parish Juvenile Justice Center.

The boy's parents say he does not have any access to firearms.
