NEW ORLEANS, La. - The National Weather Service in New Orleans issued an urban and small stream flood advisory for Jefferson, Orleans, Plaquemines and St. Bernard Parishes.

Scattered showers and thunder storms are expected to continue through Tuesday with the majority of rainfall happening along the coast.
