Entergy monitoring Tropical Storm Karen

Entergy New Orleans, Inc., Entergy Louisiana, LLC and Entergy Gulf States Louisiana, L.L.C. are closely monitoring Tropical Storm Karen as it moves toward landfall this weekend along the Gulf Coast.

Entergy's line crews and contractors are on notice and prepared to safely restore service to customers as quickly as possible.

Entergy urges customers to monitor the storm and to prepare to implement their own storm plans if needed.

Storm-preparedness tips, updates and outage maps are available to customers through Entergy Storm Center at http://www.stormcenter.entergy.com
