NOPD seeks to identify people in surveillance video near shooting

NEW ORLEANS - Police are asking for the public's help in identifying and locating four persons of interest in the February shooting death of a 19-year-old man.

On Feb. 21 at about 2:45 p.m. 19 year-old Nolan Alofipo was gunned down in the 2800 Block of Chippewa Street. Alofipo sustained multiple gunshot wounds and was pronounced dead on scene.

Detectives obtained surveillance video of the area that shows four people entering and exiting a white, four-door car. They are not suspects in the incident, but detectives would like to speak with them.
