NEW ORLEANS -  Police want to talk to three "persons of interest" in connection with an early Monday morning shooting at the edge of the French Quarter.

Police said Larry Quinn, 18; Victor Leggett, 21; and Renaldo George, 24; are wanted for questioning in the 3 a.m. shooting of a man in the 400 block of Iberville Street. The victim, who was shot from behind, sustained wounds to his elbow, knee and back.

Detectives obtained surveillance video of a vehicle they believe the suspects arrived and fled in. The vehicle appeared to be a dark blue SUV.  The vehicle parked on North Peters just past Iberville. The suspects are seen exiting the vehicle and then walking around the corner to where the shooting occurred. The subjects are seen returning to the vehicle and then fleeing on North Peters towards Canal Street.

Detectives recovered new surveillance video that shows two men walking to and from the scene.

The two subjects may have been accompanied by a female that exited the vehicle at the corner of Canal Street and North Peters. The female was also captured on surveillance video.

Anyone with information about these individuals or the shooting is asked to call Crimestoppers at (504) 822-1111. Callers may remain anonymous and could be eligible for a cash reward for tips that lead to an arrest and indictment.
