A protective mom's message to the thief that stole her young son's pumpkin gets global attention.

Becky Reina was so angry after her son Tommy's jack-o'-lantern went missing that she put up a handwritten sign outside her Washington home.

The sign read:

"To the person who stole my son's pumpkin. Thank you for the life lesson. This will help teach him sometimes people are mean for no reason and you just have to brush it off."

It continued to say "Because my son is 2-yrs-old and cannot read this sign, I will add: You are an a-----e."
