Baton Rouge, La. - Bayou Country Superfest has announced the 2014 lineup, which includes superstars George Strait and Reba McIntire, who will perform on opening night. Other headliners for next year's fest, scheduled for the end of May, include Luke Bryan, Jason Aldean, Eric Church, Florida Georgia Line, Hunter Hayes, and Lee Brice.
Next year's fest marks the 5th anniversary, scheduled for Memorial Day weekend - May 23, 24 & 25, 2014. Friday is a new addition to next year's fest, which will be held at LSU Tiger Stadium in Baton Rouge. Organizers says the Bayou Country Superfest draws fans from all across the country for a holiday weekend of country music, tailgating and good times.
George Strait will highlight opening night of the Bayou Country Superfest as part of the final leg of his farewell, The Cowboy Rides Away Tour.
This will mark the first appearance for Reba McIntire. Quint Davis, producer/director of the Bayou Country Superfest said, "For the 5th anniversary, we are taking the Country Superfest to another level!
It doesn't get any more exciting than adding a third night to present George Strait's farewell tour plus Luke Bryan, Jason Aldean, Reba and Eric Church over three huge days of country music."

Tickets will go on sale on Tuesday, November 5 at 10 am. Organizers will be selling single-day George Strait/Reba tickets as well 3-day packages as well as traditional Saturday-Sunday only packages. Reserved Festival parking also goes on sale Tuesday, November 5. Single-day tickets for May 24 and 25 will go on sale in the coming weeks.
