Terrebonne detectives continue search for Monday shooting suspect

New Orleans, La. - Terrebonne Sheriff's Deputies continue their search for a man wanted for a shooting. The shooting took place Monday at 2:30 p.m. in the 100 block of Dennis Street in Point-aux-Chenes. The suspect has been identified as 42-year-old Adam Naquin. 

According to police, officers responded to the scene to find a man shot multiple time and a woman suffering from several blunt force traumas to her head. Both are listed in stable condition at a local hospital and both are expected to recover. Naquin has been named a suspect in the shooting.

Detectives have determined that Naquin and the victims were acquaintances. 

TPSO detectives have obtained warrants for Naquin's arrest for two counts of attempted second degree murder. If you have any information that could help locate Adam Naquin, you are asked to call 911 or the Terrebonne Parish Sheriff's Office at 985-876-2500.
