Missing woman last seen Saturday on Claiborne Ave.

NEW ORLEANS - New Orleans Police are asking for the public's help in finding a 25-year-old woman who was last seen by her father Saturday in the 2800 block of South Claiborne Avenue.      

The father of Danitra Washington told police that he and his daughter were shopping at a clothing store and she drove off in her gold Toyota Camry. He became concerned when she didn't return home and he was unable to contact her.

The father said this is uncharacteristic of Washington. He said she has a medical condition and is need of her medication.

Anyone with information on her whereabouts is asked to call NOPD at (504) 821-2222.
