Pelicans Forward Ryan Anderson set to make season debut against 76ers

NEW ORLEANS - The Pelicans will look to bounce back after Thursday's loss to the Utah Jazz with the return of high-scoring power forward Ryan Anderson tonight.

According to General Manager Dell Demps, Anderson is set play against the 76ers tonight after missing the first eight games of the NBA regular season with a broken toe.

Anderson averaged 16.2 points-per-game and 6.4 rebounds-per-game for the Pelicans last season and made the second-most three point shots in the NBA. Anderson's three-point attempts and makes were behind only Stephen Curry, who set the league record last season.
