POINTE A LA HACHE, La. - One of the four remaining suspects wanted in the drug sweep dubbed Operation Rotten Pumpkins turned himself to Plaquemines Parish authorities Tuesday morning.

Cornelius Ducro was booked on his outstanding warrant of three counts of distribution of marijuana.

The six-month undercover operation netted 27 arrests last week for various drug distribution offenses on the west bank of Plaquemines between May and November.

The suspects who remain at large are Kendra Mitchell, Kay Lafrance and Renard Martin.

Meanwhile, Evan N. Billiot III, of Boothville, who was wanted since May 2013 as part of Operation United, another undercover drug operation in Plaquemines Parish, was arrested in New Orleans on Oct. 16.  Billiot was arrested on new charges that included traffic offenses and possession of crack cocaine.
