Two suspects sought in Playstation 3 thefts

NEW ORLEANS - Police are searching for two suspects who stole multiple Playstation 3's from a local Game Stop, twice on the same day.

On Friday, Nov. 15, an unknown black male entered a Game Stop on St. Andrew Street and approached a stack of pre-own Playstation 3 game consoles. The subject took one of the boxes containing a console and walked out the front door without paying for it.

Later that same day, two unknown black males came into the Game Stop. One suspect grabbed four of the boxes of pre-owned Playstation 3's while the other acted as a lookout. The lookout was identified as the same suspect who came in earlier that day and stole a Playstation 3.

Police obtained surveillance photos of the two suspects and are asking for the publics help in identifying the two suspects. Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 504-822-1111.
