Second arrest made in Metairie double murder, 1 suspect still at-large

Metairie, La. - Police arrested a second suspect they believe is connected to a double murder in Metairie.

21-year-old Jason "Jay" Thomas from New Orleans turned himself in early this morning and has been booked into the Jefferson Parish Correctional Center on two counts of Second Degree Murder.

Demekrtic Anderson-Whitfield and Tacara Moss-Williams were shot and killed Dec. 30 on South I-10 Service Road in Metairie near Clearview Parkway.

The third suspect in this investigation, 30-year-old Glenn "Ace" Lemon from Jefferson, remains at large.
