JPSO names suspect in fatal Harvey bar shooting

NEW ORLEANS, LA (WVUE) -- Homicide detectives with the Jefferson Parish Sheriff's Department have named a suspect in the fatal shooting that took place outside of a Harvey bar early Saturday morning. Police say that 24-year-old Devin Bonilla of Marrero is responsible for the shooting death of 22-year-old Bowie Richard. Richard's body was found around 2:40 a.m. outside of a bar in the 2100 block of Lapalco Blvd. Detectives have issued an arrest warrant for Bonilla on one count of second degree murder. 

Witnesses say that they noticed Bonilla fleeing the scene in a dark-colored, four-door Ford F-150 with a license plate of B-850460.
