The annual Senior Bowl begins in Mobile, Alabama Monday and will serve as a showcase for several local college players hoping to make a name for themselves in the NFL.

Last year, Southeastern cornerback Robert Alford impressed enough to be drafted in the second round by the Atlanta Falcons and traditionally, LSU is well represented.  This year's crop of Louisiana products includes:

WR Ryan Grant - Tulane, #3

S Craig Loston - LSU, #6

LB Lamin Barrow - LSU, #50

23 SEC players are scheduled to practice all week and compete Saturday including Auburn cornerback Chris Davis, made famous by his game-winning touchdown return of a missed Alabama field goal in the Iron Bowl.

Members of the Saints coaching and scouting departments will also be in attendance early in the week to watch practice.

FOX 8's Sean Fazende will have reports beginning Monday.
