NEW ORLEANS, LA (WVUE) -

The New Orleans Police Department has released its report on sexual assault allegations against former Saints player Darren Sharper that were filed in September.

In the report, the victim said she met Sharper on September 23, 2013 at a bar during a night of heavy drinking. She said Sharper took her to his apartment at the end of the night and sexually assaulted her. The victim said she did not consent to the encounter, according to the police report.

Last week, Los Angeles police arrested Sharper on suspicion of rape. The LAPD said he is accused in two different attacks. Sharper was booked and released on $200,000 bail last Friday.
