NFL Combine invitees announced

INDIANAPOLIS, IN. (WVUE) - The NFL Combine is scheduled for February 19th through the 25th and today, the league announced the 335 invitees.

Alabama has 12 played invited, the most of any school.  LSU comes in second with 11 players:

QB Zach Mettenberger

RB Alfred Blue

RB Jeremy Hill

FB J.C. Copeland

WR Odell Beckham, Jr.

WR Jarvis Landry

OG Trai Turner

DT Ego Ferguson

DT Anthony Johnson

LB Lamin Barrow

S Craig Loston

Tulane will be represented by WR Ryan Grant and K Cairo Santos.  Southeastern's Todd Washington will be the second straight cornerback from the school at the event, following in the footsteps of Robert Alford.

    Today's work was much lighter between the Saints and Chargers was much lighter. They wore no pads only shells and helmets, and they only practiced two hours instead of two and a half like Thursday.
