West All Stars lead East All Stars 89-76 at halftime

NEW ORLEANS, LA (WVUE) -- Behind a team-high 22 points from Oklahoma City Thunder star Kevin Durant, the Western Conference All-Stars lead the Eastern Conference All-Stars 89-76 at the half of tonight's NBA All-Star game.

The 165 combined points are the most ever in one half of an NBA All-Star game.

New Orleans Pelicans forward Anthony Davis played just four minutes in the half but was a perfect 4-4 for 8 points. Two of Davis' jams came on alley-oops from former New Orleans point guard Chris Paul.
