(RNN) - Many workers are used to long hours, inconsiderate clients, multitasking, and tight deadlines in a high-stress work environment.

The video, posted by an advertising agency for Card Store, features applicants interviewing for a position as a Director of Operations. The interviewer is honest about the long strenuous hours, and no benefits. The job candidates interviewed via video conference and incredulously question what they're actually in for.

In fact, most of the candidates just smile during the interview, because they can't believe how unrealistic the requirements seem. Some say there flat out cruel, inhumane and how it must be a very sick and twisted joke.

The job duties involve standing up most of the day, working 135 to unlimited hours a week, and applicants must have degrees in medicine, culinary arts and finance. Don't expect vacation time and you have to work all major holidays such as Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Year's, so you may not see your friends, at all.

Also, the worst requirement of all is that you won't be compensated for your hard work with an actual salary.

When the job candidates find out millions of people actually hold this position - mothers - they have an immediate appreciation for their own moms. This video reminds people how much work mom's put in for free every day - just in time for Mother's Day.
