Rob Portman (R-OH), member of the Senate Finance and Budget Committees and House Budget Committee member Rep. Chris Van Hollen (D-MD) will discuss future federal budget priorities and methods to achieve them.  The leaders will address substantive areas the budget should address, programs that should or should not be funded, the usefulness and future of shutdowns and sequestration and strategies for bipartisan cooperation and action.
