Police seek suspect in deadly St. Roch shooting

New Orleans Police are searching for an 18-year-old man wanted for deadly shooting in St. Roch.

Duwan Jordan wanted for a shooting a 17-year-old on May 26.

Officers were called to the 2700 block of North Rocheblave Street just before 4 p.m. on May 26. Authorities arriving on the scene say they found a 17-year-old man lying on the sidewalk with a gunshot to his body.

He was transported to the hospital where he later died.

Officers later identified the suspect as Duwan Jordan, 18.

Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to contact Crime Stoppers at 504-822-1111.
