Officers say that the masked gunman entered a residence in the 1200 block of Pauline Street on July 4 around 1:15 p.m.

The suspect rode up to the residence on a dark colored bicycle and placed a skeleton mask on his face, police say.

The armed suspect entered the residence and robbed the victim at gunpoint of his cell phone and a small amount of currency. Officers say the suspect fled the scene on his bicycle on Pauline Street toward Marais Street then in an unknown direction.

The suspect was described as a black male, approximately 5'10" in height and weighing about 150 pounds.

He wore a dark zip up hoodie, a white under shirt, dark jeans, white tennis shoes and a white skeleton mask with black on inside. The suspect was also armed with a dark color semi-automatic handgun and he rode a dark color bicycle with a rack on the back.
