A New Orleans woman is dead after being struck by an all-terrain vehicle. Police are still searching for those responsible.

The sister of the victim says that Daphne Cola, 37, passed away from injuries sustained on July 27.

Police say that two people on ATVs were speeding down North Claiborne Avenue near Columbus Street around midnight on July 27.

Surveillance video captures the scene as the driver lost control and struck Cola along with a parked vehicle. The ATV flipped several times, but both the driver and his passenger were able to walk away.

The first video shows the crash. A black male wearing a dark shirt can be seen walking away.

The second video shows a female 'person of interest.' She gets up from the roadway and walks over to a sidewalk vendor with her hand to her mouth.

Both walked away from the wreckage and never returned.

Anyone with information is asked to call Crimestoppers at (504) 822-1111.
