Chicago-based custom electronic accessories maker üuber helped Barrington School District 220 protect a total of 4,000 MacBook Air laptops, each one customized with the school district's logo. The crystal clear MacBook case offered a well balanced solution for protection, customization, and easy asset tracking.

üuber's hard shell MacBook case beats the competition with a super slim profile, durable construction, and great customization options. The hard shell case is made of polycarbonate, a light-weight yet durable material. The cases are clear (available in crystal or clear frosted finishes) so the original color and quintessential Apple logo on the laptop shows through. It features a form-fitting design with a super slim profile to avoid added bulk in a briefcase or school bag.

While being aesthetically pleasing is definitely a plus, more importantly, the hard-shell protective case is highly durable. A laptop computer is definitely an investment, and also an important part of many peoples careers and education so protection of that device from damage is integral. This case will protect the MacBook from knocks, bumps, scuffs and scratches. Soft foam feet on all four corners cushion the computer while on a desk or other surface. The frosted cases are coated with soft-touch rubberized coating for added comfort. In addition to that, the ultra-thin design still features built-in ventilation to keep the computer cool.

Two important considerations for Barrington School District 220 were to customize the case, and to easily track the laptops when in students' hands. Being a G7 Qualified Master Printer, customizing the product with top quality printing was one of the key advantages offered by üuber. The school's logo was printed using scratch-resistant ink on the underside of the clear case, further protecting it from wear and tear during daily use. The crystal clear case was selected to offer an easy way to scan any barcode on asset tags affixed to each computer.

"The MacBook case offers a well balanced solution for protection, customization, and easy asset tracking." says Jimmy Sun, president of üuber. "With üuber's factory-direct pricing, schools across the country have an affordable solution that offers all the features tech directors look for."

The hard shell case is available for the entire Apple MacBook line, including 11" and 13" MacBook Air, 13" and 15" MacBook Pro. Orders can be placed at üuber's website at https://uuberstore.com/product/macbook-hard-shell-case. Schools and businesses should contact üuber directly for bulk discounts.
