Kenner police arrest 2 men for child rape

KENNER, LA (WVUE) - The Kenner Police Department has arrested two men in connection with two separate rape complaints involving children.

On Thursday, Horace Lee Foster, 47, of Metairie, was arrested by the Kenner Police Department and U.S. Marshal's Gulf Coast Regional Task Force. Foster was arrested on an outstanding warrant after a 12-year-old girl reported that between September of 2009 and August of 2010 Foster had sex with her. Foster was booked with aggravated rape, sexual battery and indecent behavior with a juvenile.

The victim first reported the rape to Kenner Police in November 2013. When questioned by police, Foster said he has an addiction to crack cocaine and wasn't sure whether he had sex with the victim.

On Friday, Johnny Zuniga-Pacheco, 28, of Kenner, was arrested after a 6-year-old girl reported that Zuniga-Pacheco had sex with her at an apartment in Kenner. Zuniga-Pacheco was booked with aggravated rape. Police said the rape was reported to on Aug. 9. Zuniga-Pacheco was interviewed by police but denied the rape.

Both men remain in custody; no bond has been set.
