JACKSON, Miss. (AP) - A jury has convicted a woman accused of killing a Georgia woman by giving her silicone injections.

Several local media outlets report that jurors found Tracy Lynn Garner guilty of depraved heart murder and conspiracy to commit wire fraud after deliberating for about two hours Friday. The murder conviction carries a maximum penalty of life in prison

Garner was charged in the death of Karima Gordon who, prosecutors say, was lured to Mississippi by Garner to have her buttocks injected. The defense rested Friday without calling a witness. The prosecution had wrapped up its case.

Prosecutors say Gordon and a friend were referred to Garner by Natasha Stewart, an adult entertainer, who was convicted of manslaughter in Garner's death and is serving a seven-year prison sentence.
