When the Saints face Tampa Bay on Sunday, they'll likely go up against quarterback Mike Glennon. The second year pro is now an NFC South rival but there was he was nearly a New Orleans Saint on draft day. Coach Sean Payton said Glennon was there to draft before deciding to go with help along their offensive line.

"He was a player that we had real high grades on in the third round and honestly, ironically, that discussion that came up, I can remember it like it was yesterday, Terron Armstead...Glennon was right there in that cloud, if you will.  It's funny how you go back.  Both of those guys have bright careers in our league." Payton said today.

Glennon filled in for an injured Josh McCown last week and led the Buccaneers back to a come-from-behind win over Pittsburgh on the road last week. Like the Saints, the Bucs go into this game 1-3.
