Dog snatchers caught on camera.
On Tuesday, two suspects hopped a fence in Cicero, Illinois. Initially, they were scared off by the three American bullies, but seconds later they've befriended the pooches.
That's when they make their move, stealing them and stuffing the dogs into the trunk of a white sedan.
Now imagine how the dogs' owner, 12-year-old Ariadne Gonzalez, felt when she saw the surveillance video.
"They were really like part of the family for us," she said. "We really cared for them, we really loved them a lot. …It was really just sad watching that video."
Two-week-old Daisy, 1-month-old Peligro and 4- month-old Romeo were all Christmas gifts.
"Some people know that they're pretty expensive dogs, so I'm guessing that's how they figured why (sic) to get them," said Ariadne's uncle, Jose Pena.
Family members fear the dogs could pop up for sale somewhere online. Cicero police say they have detectives on the case, but the family is turning to Facebook for help.
