If you are enjoying the weather this weekend you are in luck as we do not have any major changes in the forecast coming up over the next several days or even week ahead. A series of cold fronts with plenty of cool dry air continue to keep any moisture return at bay. One front pushed through Saturday allowing for just a bit of cloud cover, but no major issues and before winds can turn southeasterly and get the humidity back up, we will see another front in for Tuesday. Temperatures stay pleasant in the upper 70's and low 80's with overnight lows almost cool particularly on the north shore.
An area of low pressure did manage to develop well to our south in the Bay of Campeche. The fronts continuing to push though and allowing high pressure to settle across the Gulf Coast will push any moisture and thunderstorm activity with that low to our east. There are no issues in our forecast for at least the next week. Enjoy!
