Police say that a man wearing a wavy, black-hair wig is responsible for a purse-snatching in the French Quarter.
New Orleans police have identified the suspect as 22-year-old Marlon "Markeisha" Henry.
The incident was caught on surveillance video on October 20 near the intersection of Bourbon Street and Governor Nicholls Street.
Officers state that two suspects, Henry and a female, began talking to the female victim and her friend. Henry allegedly grabbed the 24-year-old victim's purse and fled northbound on Governor Nichols Street. The female suspect fled westbound on Bourbon Street.
The female suspect was described as a black female wearing a red hooded sweatshirt.
Following an investigation, New Orleans police were able to identify Henry as the suspect. He remains at large.
