NEW ORLEANS (WVUE) - October tends to be a very dry month, but we've been even drier this month than normal.
The last measurable rainfall at MSY was on October 13. We very well could wrap up the month, next Friday, with no additional rainfall at Kenner.
Only a slight chance by the middle of next week as a cold front approaches the area. As high pressure begins to shift east tomorrow, a return flow off the Gulf will increase moisture through next week. Fog will become an issue in the mornings next week.
High temps return to the 80s and morning lows in the 60s, however, tomorrow morning should still reach the 50s. Halloween looks cool and dry!
