NEW ORLEANS (WVUE) - Following their perfect 3-0 start, the Cincinnati Bengals have only won twice in the past six weeks.
That means for the second straight game, the Saints are hosting a desperate team.
While Drew Brees is having issues turning the ball over here in New Orleans, Bengals quarterback Andy Dalton is coming off perhaps the worst performance of his career, throwing for just 86 yards and three interceptions in a blowout loss to Cleveland.
Meanwhile, the Bengals defense has played well in spurts. But in their three losing efforts, Cincinnati has allowed 94 points -- an average of more than 30 points per game.
Sunday's game will be the Saints' first meeting with Cincinnati since 2010.
The Saints won that very close game on a play they called "no brainer freeze" where they drew the Bengals offsides.
They'll hope for the same result this weekend.
