The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives on Monday announced a reward of up to $2,500 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person responsible an Uptown fire.
The fire erupted in two cars and spread to a home in the 3900 block of Prytania on Nov. 6.
"ATF, along with our law enforcement and fire prevention partners, understands that this type of violent criminal act has a devastating impact
on the victim, as well as the community," said ATF Special Agent in Charge Phillip Durham in a news release. "We will use every available resource to bring this investigation to a successful conclusion."
This arson is being investigated jointly by ATF, the New Orleans Police
Department, the New Orleans Fire Department, and the Louisiana
State Fire Marshal's Office.
