The New Orleans Police Department are asking for the public's help in find two teenage runaways.
According to a NOPD press release, 14-year-old Alejandra Luna was last seen inside of her residence in the 4000 block of South Carrollton Avenue around 9:00 p.m. Friday night. Police say Luna left her home and did not return. Luna's mother tells police her daughter has a history of running away.
Luna is described as a Hispanic female, approximately 4'3" tall, with a medium build. She was last seen wearing a gray shirt and blue jeans.
Police are also asking for the public's help in locating a second runaway, 16-year-old Felicia Dejean. According to the NOPD, she was last seen inside a treatment facility in the 4700 block of Washington Avenue on Friday around 3:50 p.m.
According to a NOPD press release, Dejean told staff members at the treatment facility she was going to take a shower. She then walked out of the facility without permission and did not return.
Dejean is described as a Hispanic female, approximately 4'9" tall, weighing approximately 100 pounds. She was last seen wearing a black sweatshirt and white tights.
