Another great day with just a few light showers as a cold front moves past us. Temperatures got near 80 once again before the frontal passage. It didn't feel much like December for the Krewe of Jingle Parade Saturday afternoon, but it was perfect for the crowds of families that came out to enjoy the festivities.
A thin line of showers is pushing past the area through the early evening hours, but it should clear up in time for a nice night at Celebration in the Oaks. It will clear out behind the front and it will be cooler, but not cold as it's Pacific air mass. Look for comfortable conditions in the upper 60s through the next week with low temperatures in the 40s.
