Man caught on camera breaking in to Gentilly business

NEW ORLEANS (WVUE) -

Police are asking for the public assistance to identify a suspect wanted for burglarizing a store in Gentilly.

According to the NOPD, an unidentified man shattered the front glass door and burglarized the Check Into Cash at 4901 Chef Menteur Highway.

The man responsible for robbing the store was caught on camera during the act. Police released three videos of the suspect that can be seen by click the links herehere and here.

The burglary occurred at about 1:40 a.m. on Nov. 28.

Anyone who can identify the suspect seen in the videos above is asked to call CRIMESTOPPERS at 504-822-1111.
