Boudin Bacon Wrapped Pork Tenderloin

3 links boudin

1/2 pkg (12 oz) bacon slices

2 pork tenderloins

4 slices pepper jack cheese

Tony Chachere's 30 Minute Marinade

Tony Chachere's Bold Creole Seasoning

Marinade tenderloins for 30 minutes in a zip lock bag.

Make a cut on boudin's peel away casing. Butterfly loin.  Season with your choice of seasoning. Lay  bacon side by side and place tenderloin on top. Place boudin on top of tenderloin. Place 2 slices cheese on top of each. Roll tenderloin up. Secure bacon with toothpicks. Grill over indirect heat until middle reaches 155 degrees. Cover with foil and let rest for 5 minutes.
