Police seek alleged Lakeview shoplifter

The NOPD is asking for the public's help finding and identifying a white female wanted for shoplifting in Lakeview.

The incident occurred Nov. 26 at the Little Miss Muffin clothing store in the 700 block of Harrison Avenue.

Police said at about 2:30 p.m., the suspect entered the store and started shopping. She then walked to the checkout counter and paid for several items. Store employees later reviewed surveillance video that showed her stuffing several articles of clothing into a back pack and walking out of the store.
