NEW ORLEANS, LA (WVUE) - The NOPD is asking for the public's help in locating and identifying two suspects wanted for fraud.
On Nov. 18, the victim contacted police and said her credit card number was being fraudulently used in a shopping mall in the 300 block of Canal Street.
During the course of the investigation, detectives learned that the suspects used a counterfeit card with the victim's number and the name Thi Ngo. Surveillance video shows an Asian male and female using the counterfeit credit card in several stores in the mall.
