Two masked men rob Gentilly store

 Police are asking for the public's help to identify two men caught on camera robbing a convenience store in Gentilly.

According to NOPD, two men in ski masks entered the Brown Derby at 3737 Clematis Street on Jan. 1 at 8:10 p.m., pulled out pistols and demanded cash. Employees handed the suspects over $1,700 then both men fled the store on foot. No one was injured in the incident.

Witnesses described the first suspect as a 5'9" tall black male weighing about 15 lbs. He was last seen wearing a black hood over his head and black pants. The second suspect is described as a 5'2" tall black male weighing about 140 lbs. He was last seen wearing a black leather jacket over a nike shirt.

The photos above were taken by security cameras in the store.
