West-coasters attempt to pronounce Louisiana city names

NEW ORLEANS (WVUE) - West-Coasters attempt to pronounce some of Louisiana's most tongue-twisting city names—you know, for science.

Movoto, a real estate website, posted a YouTube video asking six individuals to pronounce some of Louisiana's most challenging city names.

The findings? These Californians have terrible French accents and vivid imaginations.

They conclude that Chataignier sounds like a swear word; Natchitoches is a cousin of the Frito; and Tangipahoa is the "Hawaii of Louisiana."
