NEW ORLEANS (WVUE) - Continuing the trend from this weekend, the beautiful weather sticks around for a few more days.
We will see lots of sunshine and almost spring-like afternoon temperatures in the upper 60s to near 70. A weak cold front pushes through early Wednesday, but temperatures remain nearly unchanged with morning lows in the 40s.
An upper disturbance will develop heavy showers and thunderstorms late Thursday and into early Friday. The system looks to drag cold air southward as well, so it looks to be a cold rain with temperatures in the low 50s Thursday.
Temperatures will fall during the day Friday, but skies will start to clear by the afternoon. Another gorgeous weekend with sunny skies and cool temperatures is in store.
